  1. PFPX will also help show you winds during decent stage also. a tailwind will make it harder to come down in time hehe. I have so far been unable to import the Activesky text into the PMDG WX file as I get "Invalid Entry" when I click the Wind Data Request button. (I saved the notepad file under the same name as the route with the .wx prefix but it does not work. So I enter them by hand =) EDIT, I just found out I had to type in the name of the file before the request lol. (In my case ENGMEGCC01) Live and learn.
  2. Voice 100%! Its just so much more in depth and realistic!
  3. im still betting they will still have 737 vids to do when the 777 comes along in a few years. I got the captains package and they are very good videos but its going to take them along long time.
  4. I cant wait to start work on my "Aperture Science" Livery =). Looking for some ideas on that though. Thinking of putting some of the Warning Symbols from the game and maybe some areas painted with the Blue gel (the bouncy stuff hehe) Im pretty new to painting so it might take ahwhile.
  5. are you setting the HUD on from the CDU/FMC options? all aircraft can be fitted with it. Press Menu on FMCPress AircraftPress EquipmentUse Page up or Page down key to get to page 4.HGS(HUD) option is 2 lines down.
  6. just got 2 DvDs though the post that I ordered from worldairroutes, both the Westjet 600 and 700 series and I decided to watch the first one (600s) and the first 7 mins of the video are RNP navigation in the full motion simulator!. That made me smile as I will be tackling this soon. Its no suprise that im looking forward to the 6700 pack so I can copy him exactly =) Happy there is a 800 so I can get started rightaway with the right livery. Im from England but Canada looks like the best place in the world for flying!!, so many mountains everywhere for me to avoid. the 2 vids total almost 6 hours! + the SAS737 video I already have. Might have to watch the whole lot back to back someday hehee,
  7. I have this sudden urge to eat sweets lol. I cant think why that would be. I try to avoid them as I need my teeth
  8. Boeing house livery. Really would be nice.
  9. Intel i7 950 clocked at 4Ghz

    6 Gig ram

    GTX960

    1T HD SATAIII

    Win7 64 Bit

    Asus X58A-UD3R

  10. Thanks for this program hehe, its just like a real FO sat next to you =).Your Fscrew add 100% to my enjoyment.
  11. After following the advice about the uiautomationcore.dll I can confirm its worked very well for me I just dropped the file into the FSX folder and that was that. I am not sure why but I also seem to have gained some FPS lol. Im flying the PMDG J41 at 26fps. Ive been flying around doing touch and goes for 2 hours and trying my hardest to get the sim to crash, I cant do it lol. Now bear im mine my PC is not all that fast I think thats really good and is all I need to fly stutter free. I cant wait for the PMDG 737NG now hehe.PS im using a vista 32 bit and nvidia card.
  12. FS9 all the way for me. FSX is unstable and has awfull frame rates and now that MIcrosoft is no longer developing FS series I might as well stay with FS9.I have the PMDG J41 and it looks really good but atm with my current PC I have no way to fly it without it going at a slideshow pace. The maddog is a little better but still no so good.In FS9 I get 22fps locked and it never ever ever goes below this even when Running ASE the MD11 Radar contact and FSCREW will details and AI traffic at full.In the far future maybe I will have a PC that can handle it but for now and the next few years its gotta be FS9Andy
