is UDP Flooding "(we think it's fixed)" in HotFIX ?

Featured Replies

FIXED for next update (many already fixed in hotfix): - FSX/Gamespy multiplayer server UDP event flooding (we think it's fixed)
Is this one of the issues that is addressed in the Hot Fix ? If it is, then maybe some users can give feedback as to if they think it is fixed as well. Geoff

I'm also curious. If they sort the bird out then I would deffo cough up the dollar to buy it. Cant wait to see it on my sim.

Please can it be made clear if the UDP Flooding fix, has been included in the current HotFix, or will be in the 2nd Hotfix, to be released on Sunday (July 14). Once it is know that a UDP fix is in place, the FSX Multiplayer communties can report back on it's effectiveness. --------------- Thank you to those FSX Multiplayer Community members who were posting on this forum after the initial release, and have ceased their high level of panic postings. Thank you. Everyone was understandably very stressed at the time of the release, and the disappointment when discovering the issues with FSX Multiplayer caused somewhat of an over reaction. Thank you PMDG for listening to the "outcry", and for working on a Hotfix solution. Hopefully, with everyone working towards the common goal of making the PMDG 737NGX a milestone in consumer flightsimulation, the end result will be the first of a line revoluntionatry new aircraft for FSX, that everyone will enjoy for many years to come. Geoff( very excited about MultiCrew !!)
