August 16, 201114 yr Over the past 2 or 3 days the No 2 (F/O) FMS CDU has failed twice (blank screen), when loading a saved flight. As I only use the 'Service Based Failures' I assumed it was that causing the failure so I selected CLR ACTIVE in the Failures menu option but it stayed blank. I think it only came back when I removed my livery pack to install the 15th Hot Fix. Today while flying a short 50 min trip from Gatwick to Jersey it started out working but by the time I arrived on stand I noticed it was blank again. Now after installing the 16th Hot Fix I loaded the previously saved Jersey flight and its still blank ? What am I missing here ?? (besides the No 2 CDU ) Glen Glen

August 16, 201114 yr Author Di , emvaos Thanks for your suggestions, much appreciated Just after I installed NGX I turned off the F/O's screens to save some resources, I didn't realise that also turned off the FMS CDU. To make matters even more strange I have been using the No 2 CDU during flight - I normally keep 'Progress Page 1' on No 2 CDU and 'Legs' on the Captains CDU. When I turned the F/O's displays back on the No 2 CDU came alive. I'll keep an eye on this and report back if there are any more problems. Glen Glen
