Simflyers KJFK AI behaviour

Featured Replies

Hi!I wonder if you can do something about AI aircraft behaviour at Simflyers KJFK.My AI planes don't bother to do a go around when the runways are occupied, which means that 3-4 aircraft can land in a row one afterthe other.Where could you adjust this?Somewhere in the KJFK folder? In the aircraft cfg-files?It is the only addon airport I have where the planes behave like this. Can someone help?I tried Simflyers forum; no help from there.Grateful for help. Thanks!Hans HermanssonSweden

More info please! fs2004 or 2002 (2002 will often do this), what is your source of AI, do you use AFCAD overlays?- Oyvind

Hi Oyvind!and thanks for reply.Sorry, I should have said; I use FS2002, lots of FSPainter andAardvark planes. And, yes, many overlays.Hope this info clarifies somewhat.........Thanks again!Hans HermanssonSWEDEN

In FS2002 and FS2004 the different overlays are treated as separate airports and so the aircraft don't know that they are landing on top os each other.RegardsRussell Jourdain (NZL007/ZK-RHJ)
