Speed and alt on fixed route in the FMC

Teste some trips and pre programmed the FMC with the actual waypoints with alt speed etc. but it looks like many of the points to not held the pre programmed speed/alt etc. like I have fixed 300/250 and it keep 309/250 or 198/250 looks like it keep the alt but the speed seldom is accurate? Flown the 747 no problem there is verry acurate............any thing I do wrong or is the system on the 737NGX more real or...........
