PBN anyone?

One of the most exciting features of the NGX for me personally is the PBN ability of the new plane. Though I haven't purchased the product yet (you know, millionaires are having a hard time at the moment), I'd like to get some more details about the practical use of PBN: Did anyone make use of RPN/IAN already? The're companies like Navrus who design custom PBN routes (the examples on their homepage are really strange and very interesting). If I want to do the same, and add my own routes to the Navigraph navdata files, what's the best approach to define waypoints and lay out the PBN course? As far as I know, Navigraph fixes are in lat/lon format... Thank you in advance for any comments!
