August 18, 201114 yr Hi I've managed to do a "Saved Panel State". Problem is I can't then access this newly saved state. The only option its offering me is cold dark/short/long. I've looked everywhere on the PMDG setup side of the FMS but can't find anything. Its making hard work of flying the game particularly for practice V1 cuts. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Cheers.
August 18, 201114 yr Commercial Member Giancarlo,Make sure you're running the sim with the Run as adminstrator right click command - it can sometimes fail to actually write files if it's not. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
August 19, 201114 yr Author Hi Ryan thank you for replying but could you give me a little more detail on the "Run as adminstrator right click command ". How do I do that?
August 19, 201114 yr I hate to be another one that just replies GOOGLE it, but the replies you get to this kind of question with Google, are typically far better than the randon advice you get from "who knows who" on a Forum ( Like me !!! rofl) I know the question was really directed at Ryan, but COME ON. These basic "how to operate your computer" question - you can find the answers to those on Google. Save Ryan for the PMDG techie stuff, that Google does not know about. So, here is a Google "SEARCH LINK" for you : http://www.google.com/#sclient=psy&hl=en&source=hp&q=windows+-+run+as+administrator Geoff

Save Ryan for the PMDG techie stuff, that Google does not know about. Well maybe not all of us are as good as yourself at operating computers. If I was I wouldn't have asked the question in the first place. Ryan answered of his own accord he wasn't summonsed. I'll give the link a go. Cheers.
August 19, 201114 yr Author Ryan, FSMP It worked thank you for your input. I'm not familiar with Windows or Windows 7 for that matter so its all a learning process for me. You'll have to bare with my stupid questions occasionally. I am however familiar with the 73 so I should manage to get some good use out of the program with a bit of help from this forum! Happy NGing.
