August 19, 201114 yr Hello I can comfortably acquire a route from vroute now and program into the 737 PMDG NGX FMC and fly the route in a no wind situation but when I fire up ASE I am not really sure how to utilise the weather and to put the actual ASE winds into the FMC to ensure my fuel burns / ETA and VNAV paths are accurate. Do I simply manually load the flight plan into ASE read the winds for enroute levels and arrival and departure and plug them into the relevant pages of the FMC. I know in FSBUILD2 you can import the winds into the flight plan but I could never really work the program out plus I am more inclined to use Vroute premium now which comes with its own real world weather info but I need to use ASE, thanks for any advice offered I have struggled with this concept for some time and would love to get a handle on this, really love ASE but not using it to its potential RegardsWayne Wayne such Asus Hero Z690, Gigabyte Aorus Master 5080, I914900K, Kraken 360 AIO CPU Cooled, 96 GIGS Corsair DDR5, 32 Inch 4K by 3
August 19, 201114 yr Hi, Yes, that would be correct. Process the plan in ASE and then manually enter the data into the plane.
