Landing Gear Up After Touchdown

Hi all, Having an issue with the 747-400 where upon touchdown the landing gear goes up. This is not a case of a very hard landing and I can confirm that the gear is down prior to landing as per my flight log: 04:18 Flaps:1º at 219 Knots04:19 Flaps:5º at 199 Knots04:19 Flaps:1º at 199 Knots04:20 Flaps:5º at 202 Knots04:23 Flaps:10º at 173 Knots04:23 Gear Down: 162 Knots04:24 Flaps:15º at 157 Knots04:24 Flaps:5º at 157 Knots04:24 Flaps:15º at 158 Knots04:24 Flaps:20º at 160 Knots04:24 Flaps:15º at 161 Knots04:24 Flaps:20º at 160 Knots04:24 Flaps:15º at 160 Knots04:24 Flaps:20º at 160 Knots04:24 Flaps:25º at 160 Knots04:26 Wind:119º@004 Knots Heading: 088º Ground Speed: 163 Knots Altitude 1722 ft04:28 TouchDown:Rate -56 ft/min Speed: 137 Knots04:28 Gear Up: 127 Knots04:28 Land04:28 Wind:120º@004 Knots I am using the Saitek Multi-Panel which does have a gear lever and it is one of the few controls on the panel that does work with the 747-400. Anyone else ever had this issue and more importantly, how did you resolve it? Thanks in advance,

Sounds like a scenery issue. The gear often retracts if you land on water. Is is stock or addon scenery?

I have tried both add-on scenery and FSX default and I have the same issue. Note that I only have this problem w/ the PMDG-747-400. Any other aircraft works fine.

I suspect something is commanding the gear up. I would investigate your PMDG specific as well as your FSUIPC ( if you use it) button and key commands. Something may have changed inadvertently that's causing this. Since it seems to occur at touchdown you might look for a conflict with your Spoilers, if you are arming them.

I did disconnect my Saitek Multi-Panel to see if it was the culprit and I am still having the same issue. I will send a support ticket.
