Failures systems ?

Hi,Sorry, but I don't understand how to configure the "failure system" in the FMC.I want the "failures" appear completely random for all systems (as in fspassengerX), but I don't know how.I don't know how to enable this, because I have a field that is activated with 0 failures every 10 hours and I must complete it.
