trying to get support for PMDG 747-400

Hi I have been trying to get PMDG support for a download for PMDG747-400,I registered and I was sopose to get a e-mail toclick on to activate,done this several times,but I have not received a e-mail to click on to activate,I guess you ae not soposesend a e-mail direct to anyone at PMDG for sup[port.Does anyone have any suggestions what I can don this,as I would like to get a download for 747-400 so I can get it installed, I purchase this wayback in 8/13/09. thanksRocky4

Hi, You have to post with your full name. Otherwise it's possible that you don't get help (see forum rules).Maybe your e-mail provider has marked the mails as spam and moved them to a special spam folder.
