Error code 2869 when installing

Featured Replies

Hello, I just recently bought VOXATC-X v5 Deluxe on DVD, and I'm trying to install it on my W7 64 Bit Ultimate system. I'm getting an error message that states: The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2869. I couldn't find any installation instructions on the DVD. I'm trying to install VoxATC first before the Natural voices. I noticed that DotNetFX is also on the disc. I may or may not have this installed already with another program, but I'm not sure if that was supposed to be installed first or not. A "readme" file or something would have been helpful on the disc. How can I get past the error?

I managed to get past the error. I looked at the "autorun" file and saw that there is another installer file I needed to start.
