Strange VC texture missing

When flying at night i notice a strange texture that seems to be missing beside the landing gear handle. I can see the ground through it. I attached 2 pics, both pics are zoomed or resized so excuse the quality. d-1.jpgf-1.jpg Any ideas. Thanks Alan
