January 8, 200422 yr When I look at the .ABL file for Student Lesson 3 it refers to several .WAV files that do not exist on my hard drive or any of the installation disks. They are s3-61.wav, s3-62.wav, s3-63.wav, s3-64.wav, s3-65.wav, and s3-66.wav.Can anyone confirm this? When I contacted MS tech support the person who responded said that they had never learned ABL, but the product was fully tested and this wasn't possible. Great. If I'm just misunderstanding the code I would appreciate it if you could help me out, but if not if you could send a not to MS tech support. If enough people complain, we might be able to get the missing WAV files posted someplace.Thanks,-STHorstman
January 8, 200422 yr Author The files you list were provided in FS2002. If you have FS2002, copy them to the same folder in FS2004.I didn't compare the ABL between FS2002/FS2004 so don't know if they are the same.W. Sieffert Bill Sieffert
January 12, 200422 yr Hi all,to check this, I copied the missing sound files from my German version of FS2002 over to my US version of FS2004. And it worked. The problem is, however, that now the instructor is switching between English and German phrases, which is kind of distracting.Hence, my request goes out to all the kind simmers: Could someone please mail me (address is rolandDOTgosebruchATfreenetDOTde) a ZIP- or RAR-archive of all s*.wav sound files (e.g. s1-3.wav, s6-16.wav, etc.) from the folder FS2002Soundlessons of a US version of FS2002?Many thanks in advance.
