PMDG NGX OUTSIDE LIGHTS NOT WORKING

OK For starters ive had nothing buy issues so far after installing the PMGDNGX 737-8900.I Love the plane and want to contine to use it. I have two computers and ive goten the PMDG NGX to work on my old computer somewhat properly.Ive been working with a friend for a few days trying to get it right.So far im having the issue of my cabin lights turning on but not my tail and wing lights.Ive got every thing set up right as far as controls and keys.Ive also got a Highend graphics card and 500 watt power supply in the machine. im also having the issue with the liverys instaler.It seem to want to stop working when i try to install a livery. Ive gone in and checked up on this mater and tried the confg file replacement to no avail,ive tried reinstalling the plane still no positive results.Any and all suggestions about this mater will be useful in some way to me as im still learning alot about the system.
