Hello, Can anyone help me to find a tool, which can make own animation at any airport? E.g.: VIP limousine car come close to my aircraft by setting the Nav 1 or Nav 2 to any frequency. And go away, when I disable that frequency. Like in Wilco Cessna Citation X animation. Thanks.

That would be part of the aircraft, you'd have to have access to the original file.
