I was bored and randomly picked an airport tonight to do a few touch-n-goes at. I picked KDXR, and just chose day for the time. I took off, and there was a Cessna coming in for a landing. I was cleared for left traffic, the other cessna was told to enter left traffic too. I turned downwind and eventually I was cleared to land, but the tower told me to follow traffic on upwind.I turn final, and I'm told to go around. By this time that Cessna has entered the pattern, and he's cleared to land following traffic on upwind. When he turns final, he's ordered to go around too.This kept happening every time, so I just ignored tower and landed. I watched for a few minutes, and that Cessna kept being cleared to land behind traffic on upwind. Every time he turned final, he was told to go around. There was no other plane in the pattern.I reset the situation, slewed over to the taxiway next to the active runway (32), and waited. That Cessna showed up after a few minutes, and entered the patteren. When he turned final, he went around even though the tower didn't tell him to. When he came back around, tower cleared him to land, following traffic on upwind. On final, he was told to go around.Try it and see if it happens to you. Pick KDXR, set the date to January 10, and select day as time (it should set it to 11:31:31), don't use any weather.I advanced the time by 3 hours, and it didn't happen, so it may just be something with that specific day and time.BTW, I've got traffic density set to 100% with GA traffic only.

I had the same problems a few days ago at KRDG. I was in the pattern together with a Cessna 172, and we both were told to go around again and again ... Haven't done any further research though.To add something positive, I hade a very nice GA AI experience at S36 (Auburn, WA), or was it S50 (Crest, WA)? Anyway, I did some flying from and to KRNT (Renton, WA) to compare several planes, and there was a Cessna doing several touch and go(e)s (sp???), really looked like a student pilot during training. Very nice to see. I really think we need more GA traffic, so I hope Markus Brunner's GA AI traffic generator project will be successful.VOlker :]

I had a good GA experience in the KMRY area. I started on the ramp at KMRY, and when I got the radios on, there was a C172 doing touch-n-goes on 10L, another Cessna coming in VFR on 10L, and a Baron coming in IFR on 10R.I stayed in the pattern a bit doing touch-n-goes on 10R with the other Cessna, then departed and went to another towered field nearby where there was another Cessna doing touch-n-goes when I got there.
