737 NGX True Air Temperature way off

Hello Dont know if this is an issue with the PMDG 737 NGX or ASE, cruising at FL300 between YBCG- YSSY with Radar Contact and ASE real weather and flight plan DWC weather setting, waypoint winds for MSO were 261@81 (-41) assuming the -41 is celcius from ASE but the TAT display in the NGX was only -15 at FL300. pretty sure it was not correct for the remainder of the flight, not sure what is causing such a large temp difference Wayne
