Scenery Texture Meshing Problem CYEG

Hey all, My airport CYEG is messed up in FSX. There is hills right in the middle of the runway. You go right through them but you cant see anything at certain points of the runway. CYEG is the only airport that it seems to appear. PS I fooled around with my scenery library but cant seem to figure it out. I had ORBX and Ground Environment X installed but are now uninstalled.
