I need help. I am using POSKY's 757 and cannot for some reason get rid of the cabin announcements. They are becoming annoying. Is there a way to get rid of this? I've tried to change panels but that does not work. Thanks for your help. Stan

Stan,It would be something to do with a panel or something else you're running. Their 757 doesn't incl any sounds etc.

Yep....are you using Lonnie Payne's 757 panel, as recommended by POSKY? If so, there is a 'switch' on the bottom left labelled "VF" which switches on/off the Virtual FirstOfficer. This will remove the announcements if you don't like them. Personally, I like! :) It's nice to have a voice to confirm settings, and inform you of such things as 'V1',Flap settings, Gear-Up, etc, so that you're not constantly looking down at instruments when you should be concentrating elsewhere.... ;)
