747 and MD11 DVDs won't install

Hi guys,I tried to reach the technical hotline of Aerosoft, however they are always busy I have a problem to install the FSX 744 and FS2004/FSX MD11 When I click on the setup or manually start the setup.exe the Windows load Icon appears but after a few seconds nothing happens. I tried the compatibility modes and to start it as the administrator - yet nothing happens. For some reason the FS2004 DVD of the 744 installed perfectly, however its FSX version and both MD-11's have this problem? Do you know how to get it running? if someone has a similiar problem - i talked with the aerosoft technical support, its caused by the copy protection, if you are a aerosoft customer they replace the dvd(s)
