Overclock reliability: online survey

Dear all,Intel and other manufacturers might already know this stuff, but the rest of us have no statistical basis for our guesses. So I wonder whether it's worth clubbing together to pool our experiences? Personally I think it would be helpful to a lot of people overclocking their PCs to know more about the spread of possible risks, though it does depend on how many join in.Could I therefore ask you to cut & paste the following questionnaire and post to this thread with your answers? Later, if for any reason your CPU starts to go AWOL, you can post again to this thread to say so: perhaps over time, we'll built up a picture of the lifespan of different CPUs at various settings. Or maybe not: but it's worth a go ...If this is of enough interest I will put a spreadsheet together when / if some results come in.All the bestTim*** PLEASE CUT / COPY FROM NEXT LINE TO END OF POST ***>>STARTCPU type:Speed to which o/c'd (MHz):From when (approximate date):Vcore with CPU idle and at lowest speed: min*:Vcore with CPU idle and at lowest speed: max*:Vcore during use of FSX: min*:Vcore during use of FSX: max*:Vcore during 1st 5 minutes of Prime 95 blend test: min*:Vcore during 1st 5 minutes of Prime 95 blend test: max*:100% stable for YOUR use of FSX & any add-ons?:* = measured using CPUID, or Everest, or AIDA64.OPTIONAL EXTRAS:Approx hours PC turned on during the day:Approx % of that time during which CPU is under load:Hours tested with Prime 95:Max temperature under Prime 95**:Motherboard brand:Motherboard model:BIOS version:CPU cooling solution:Manual or offset Vcore:Manual Vcore:Offset + or - setting:LLC setting:CPU PLL Voltage:VCC IO Voltage:VCC SA Voltage:CPU overcurrent:** = measured using Everest, or AIDA64, or Realtemp.</p>
