747-400 Freight doors and Pushback

How do you open the nose freight door and all other doors on the 400? On the MD 11 there is a menu on the FMC that commands doors to open. For the pushback, again MD 11 commanded through the FMC menu option. The 400 centre console is supposed to have a pushback panel but mine doesn't. Shift P can get it moving but only straight backwards. Help appreciated.
