4850 to 9800 gt?

hey guys,currently i am using a 4850 which gives me terrible performance in clouds and tearing especially can be seen on add on planes's fmc'swill i see a improvement if i swap my card to a 9800 gt? since they are literally in the same class i do not use the term "upgrade"Anthony

The problem is shader model. you need bojote's shader model 3.0 and your problem should be solved.

the shader 3 patch made my water animation looks weird reason why im considering the change,any idea how to tweak the waters after installing the shader mod?

I think there is a water xml file at bojotes why don't you try that .
