October 24, 201114 yr I would say that something happened during the migration from Windows 32 bit to 64 bit. Here's a possible solution - http://forum.avsim.net/topic/293007-fsx-crash-on-exit/ . There is no "magic bullet" to fix this one. If one of the solutions on the link I provided does not work, I would do a 'repair' for FSX by reinserting the disks and selecting the repair option. Do not forget you'll also have to repair Acceleration if it is installed or, if you have SP2 installed, repair SP1 and SP2 by clicking the the executes and selecting repair.Best regards,Jim
