I've tried reinstalling the sp1b patch but ops centre still shows a pending update against the -300er.

Hi, I've downloaded and installed the latest update (6061) but the PMDG Ops Centre still suggests (via the notification panel) that I have an update pending for the -300ER package. Should this not have been updated to 6061 when the -200LR was updated? Please advise. Cheers

Try using the latest stable Nvidia drivers 335.23. It has certainly helped a few other people I know.

Has the OP considered icing conditions? Could have been a build up of ice on leading edges of the wings and lost lift perhaps? Edit: I fly with Active Sky 2012 and haven't noticed this behavior.
