Airac Cycle Wont Update.

I posted the exact same question on the FSBuild forum, but since AVSIM seems to have more activity, I'll see if anyone has an answer over here as well. Anyways, I purchased Airac 1111. and installed it for the ISG guages FMC. I checked the navdata folder for it, and everything is shown up to date. But when I load the fmc, it is still showing an Airac cycle from 2009. I know its not up to date, because the REEF3 STAR is missing for PHNL.P.S. Happy Halloween!
