i downloaded the new tropical storms and hurricane weatherscapes last week and scince then if i select a weather scape at the start menu in FS9 i get a freeze up on loading. It doesnt happen with ones like clear skies or fair weather but only seems to be if it's a scape with a reasonable amount of clouds.I'm using the high fps clouds and have render to texture selected and have been using them for months without a problem until i installed these new scapes.Anyone else got this problem?thanks.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/59937.jpg

The Tropical Weather Scapes have three cloud layers, that can be very heavy on the FPS. What we have noticed is that when you have clouds layers overlap as in some of the Weather Scapes - they can diminish fps on a system.Our web site gives tech support on recommended settings for the weather.
