SIDS STARS NZQN

Just wanting to know why there are no SIDS/STARS for NZQN. I tried installing a file in the location of PMDGSIDSTARS but still dont see the precence in the FMC ?Any one got any idea how to fix this ?They did appear on the MD11, but not on the 737
