CG issue with Fanda/Dreamwings merge

I recently merged the Fanda and dreamwings Dash 8 200/300 The issue I am having is that the center of gravity is all the way forward making the plane impossible to fly correctly. On take off roll, the planes nose sinks into the ground and the aircraft wont become airborne until about 160kts. Is there a fix for this? I have searched high and low to no avail.Thanks
