Ok, a stupid question but I cannot find where the ATC window is. I can't hear ATC. Do i have to activate it and where is it?Thank you

You have to press ` or scroll lock to open it. Turn up your volume if you don't have it up already. In order to talk, you'll have to press one of the many options in it or press the number that corresponds to that command.hope that helps
