November 29, 201114 yr I am having a frustrating time getting Carenado to recognize the E address and password which I have used with them for a year or more, and as recent as last week. Now they tell me they have no such info, tried several Tickets etc still no results. I can't even order a product. What's theproblem. Anyone got any ideas. Seejay
November 29, 201114 yr I am having the same problem on the Alabeo site. I have sent a message to them by the contact form and have also tried to contact them on Facebook. I have received no response from the form and the Facebook message appears to have been deleted. Carenado have never been great with customer service but you would think a brand new company would try harder. If I get a reply I will update, but if not I won't be buying any Alabeo or Carenado products again.
