December 1, 201114 yr I can't post this anymore in a closed thread about X-Plane in the FLIGHT forums, however I'd like to share this with new users. It is a common question that also arises on other occasions, like for example in FSEconomy, where the client will only log your flight with full brakes on:X-Plane has two Keys for the brakes:"B": brakes "regular effort""V": brakes "max effort"In short: "B" only gives you half the power on the brakes. You need to use "V" for what MSFS users are used to as "the brakes".Still, X-plane 10 seems to "brake not that much" like X-Plane 9 did. (I hope you understand what I want to say in my non-native english). * 2010 MacPro, 27' display * Snow Leopard * XP10 *
December 1, 201114 yr Author and @Goran: The issue exists. I have it, too. (**) Baron, Grass strip Skatter Creek 20WA, NO winds Max brakes throttle full back (**) even further, I remember a post somewhere, possibly the org, that a user already reported but got Austins personal reply that it is not the first priority now. I'm sorry, but with those masses of posts everywhere I can't find this one anymore. * 2010 MacPro, 27' display * Snow Leopard * XP10 *
