I guess something got lost in translation. However it shouldn't be necessary to set the local OAT and certainly not from the PERF INIT page. Local OAT is displayed/set on the N1 LIMIT page, and will read the actual OAT depending on the local weather conditions, so it shouldn't be necessary to correct it.
