New base Pack with SP1b during the navdata portion still asks for the installer

Hi, yesterday i tried the new full base pack with SP1b integrated , and still asks for the installer during the navdata portion. This issue was in the fixes list. That´s not a great problem, but can someone confirm it, please?Thanks in advance.Miquel Egea.
