19" Samsun and 40" Samsung HDTV

Hi,This is the first time I have tried using 2 monitors and am looking for assistance in setting them up. I use FS9 and the PMDG 737NG and want to have the MIP on the 19" monitor and the outside view on the 40" monitor. WHat setting do I need to use in the display section and how do I "undock" and move the MIP to the 19" I also want the 19" to display the various pop-ups such as the overhead, radio stack etc. Secondly, I want the 19" monitor to be the general use monitor - email etc.Many ThanksRob
