Has somebody changed the FDE on this aircraft to make landing less hard. Even though i reduce the landing speed at minimum she falls like a stone on the runway. Thanks and regards.

The slower you fly, the greater are the chances that you 'drop' the plane. More speed = more energy for the flare.....e.g. with the default loadout and 50% between 90-100kts are ok.

Probably you also start flaring too high. This is partly due to the cockpit view, that "cheats" you. (you think you are closer to the ground than in reality).
