This one has me curious about them: http://dreamcatcherinteractive.com/hegemonia/ - It's called Hegemonia (don't ask me what that means) and it looks very cool, but I've never played any RTS games, so I don't really know how it compares to other ones. I was looking it up when I came across all of those game facts on the IDSA site, otherwise I never would have known any of that stuff.

I would post more fun facts, btw, if there were anymore on that IDSA site, but that's all they had.
