learning center--1st takeoff lesson

Recommended Posts

Having an issue with the learning center. When opening the takeoff lesson, I am sitting on a golf course somewhere. And when I open it up on my laptop, all works well. Any suggestions where the airport is?thanks,Bobbo

Is any third party scenery installed on your main rig? Some of the payware scenery like Orbx or Ultimate Terrain will change things around a bit.... landclass mainly but things might not be in the same spot as a fresh fsx install.

Hi there Ryan, thanks for the reply. I found out what the prob was. Went in to the scenery library and for some odd reason some of the base settings were unchecked. I checked the ones that were unchecked, went back into the lessons and BINGO, everything was back to normal. Guess I just need to do the trial and error thingey to make sure all is good. NOW it is. Thanks again for the prompt reply.Haven't got into the 3rd party add ons YET, but I am sure I will. Just got my yoke today and really enjoying it. Makes a world of difference. Rudders are on the way and should receive them next week.
