Rebuilding CFG Files-- Traffic Disappears/ Water Movement

Hi Guys I have 2 questions and I need your help:(1) Whenever, I delete and rebuild my FSX CFG file, all of my a/c traffic "My Traffic" disappears...there are no a/c on the ground nor on the air, why? How do I stop this in the event I need to adjust my cfg files again? (Besides reinstalling "My Trafiic")(2) No water movement...I know this has been discussed alot by ******* Altuve; however, after I installed and uninstalled his shader 3.0, now there is no water movement. Ibelieve I personally mess-up as well, as I was tweaking the "Waterconstant XML" I believe I deleted and added the incorrect "XML" file. And, since it has been edited the file got saved as a "notepad" file. Could someone provide me with the correct "Waterconstant XML" files. Isue REX for my texures. Once that's done - delete the C:Users (your username here) AppDataLocalMicrosoftFSXShaders folder and then start FSX.
