January 4, 201214 yr Author Hi again Jim: yes I have norton.I disabled norton temporally with no change. The error still occurs. I was thinking of restoreing my computer to before the problem occured. I checked it out and I can restore it back to a few days ago. I think this may get rid of the problem. Do you think this is a good idea?
January 6, 201214 yr Author Hi Firehawk 44. My problem has been fixed. The problem was that as I was using Air Hauler which uses FSX. There was a file (AHX.mdb) missing in the Air Hauler folder. This file is needed to get the application running. I reinstalled the Air Hauler program and the file is there now and all works fine now.I have no idea how the file went missing in the first place. Just thought I would let you know. Thanks for your help on this matter.
