January 8, 201214 yr I downloaded SP1b with no problem other than the "Livery Manager". I am able to create a new 'Livery', but not able to replace one that had already previously existed. Previously I had a SWA -800 WL 'Canyon Blue'. After downloading SP1b, I downloaded the same SWA. But trying to install in the 'Livery' I keep getting this message: Texture Folder Already Exists/Please Enter a New Texture Folder Below. //TEXTURE.WN. I cannot get past this point--- Of note : The new 'Livery Manager' is suppose to be vs 1.09. Mine appears to be the original. ---I downloaded a Continental with no problem. --Thanks ahead--Bob
January 8, 201214 yr Bob I think you'll have to think about a reinstall of SP1b at least.Yes the current Livery Manager shows v1.09 you should be able to see that in the Titlebar of the Livery Manager. If you are clearing out old livery texture folders manually, also check in the ....YourFSXFolderPMDGPMDG 737 NGXAircraft folder for an .ini file with the reg number of your aircraft and delete if found. Eg if the aircraft rreg is N-123456 look for a N-123456.ini and delete. January 8, 201214 yr Author Thanks Crankpin. Tried the manual clearing with no success. However, I did find a very simple solution to replacing the 'Livery'. That being during the the re-installation of the new 'Livery', when reaching the box where it is stated; "A TEXTURE FOLDER ALREADY EXISTS''--ENTER A NEW TEXT FOLDER"., simply enter something different. I entered the numbers 1-2-3 in the highlighted portion. Hit OK, and the new replaced "Livery' was installed . Success after much frustration !!!! :(
