My joystick don't work with this plane?

Hello!I have buyed this aircraft.. and when I try to move the yokes with the joystick some of the liveries move.. others not.If I choose the PMDG livery default.. I can move the throttle and yokes, but once I have power... trying to move the throttle.. it don't move the thrust levers.. and moving the joystick don't move the yokes and the latch is off.How can it be? what is wrong?Because without that I cannot fly!! and I don't have problems with other planes.Thanks!

oh.. stupid me.. I found.. it was the lock latch.. I thought it was off but it was on.
