High Mast Lights (for highways)

Looking at night videos and the way street lights reflect on the streets and highways as well as the vehicles.. I was just wondering about creating high mast lights.. In the US these are very common especially around highway interchains.. Maybe this is a limit of the sim, to make it look realistic you would have to remove some of the default lights at the interchains and replace several with one of the high mast lights.. Is/would this be possible?? Is WED just for airports, or can it modify anything in XP??
