Manufacturers Callsigns.

Featured Replies

Hi,Can anyone please tell me what callsigns Boeing and Airbus use when conducting test flights of new aircraft?Do they use the airline callsign that the aircraft is painted in or do they have their own callsign. If so, are these available in FS2002?Many thanks,Steve.

FAA lists these callsigns/3digit codes:Boeing uses, "BOEING" -BOEAirbus uses, "AIRBUS INDUSTRIE" -AIBMost aircraft companys use their name as their callsign. You can have these "callsigns" in FS2K2, with the program called editvoicepack. Jeff "Ace" FreyEwa Beach, Hawaii

Jeff,Thanks very much for the info.Regards,Steve.

Hi,Have just used the editvoicepack and it has installed Airbus Industrie as an available callsign, but cannot find one for Boeing. Can anybody please tell me where I can find a file that will allow me to use Boeing as an airline callsign? Thanks,Steve.

You can make the "file" you need within editvoicepack.Jeff "Ace" FreyEwa Beach, Hawaii
