Aircraft Usage Log

Featured Replies

Thank you Tom Goodrick for the nifty little utility you uploaded. It's pretty interesting to see where I've been spending my FS time and the program makes it a lot easier than hunting down the individual logs.As I expected, the Dreamfeet Archer shows the most hours logged, but it's funny to see I've been aloft longer in the Wright Flyer than I have in the Spirit of St. Louis, the Vimy and the Vega combined! If you haven't checked it out, it's worth a look.BlairCYOW

What's it called? Where?

usagelog.zip, posted on Avsim on Feb. 21.

Does it tell you all previously logged hours or just from this point onward?

It shows total usage from day 1 and then the change since the last time you ran the utility. It's a pretty simple utility. The logged hours per aircraft can be found in the aircraft folder where the fs9.cfg file is stored. This is just a handy way of organizing the information in one file. One drawback is it can't differientiate between textures, i.e., just the total 737 time rather than hours in each livery.Blair
