Can someone verify for me, if these airports are under ...

I have installed and reinstalled FS2004, but looking in fsnavigator or just going to these airports, they are under water or a little lake. In Fsnavigator these airports are also showing up really wide like 5000ft wide. If yours are ok I do not know what to do next, I have reinstalled my windows XP system as well. I want to verify if this is a elevation error.I checked these airports as well before installing FSnavigator. same thing though. Can I save the scenery.cfg and let it rebuild itself. If I delete this file FS2004 will not start.White Bear Lake, 7MN5 "funny they do call this a lake"CEDER LAKE, WI35PETERSON,31MNThanks in advanceVincent

Hi Vincent:you're looking at a seaplane/floatplane base with its associated water "runway". There are quite a few in FS but not nearly as many as in the real world.I don't know how accurate the "runway" dimensions are but assume they are based on information such as the image below from Ketchikan (5KE).Cheers, Holgerhttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/64467.jpg

Thanks Holger,I never really noticed them before. I thought there was something wrong with my computer when I seen these really big black runways in FSNavigator I thought things were really messed up now. Around Minneapolis, Minnesota is where I see a lot of them. again thanks for the replyVincent
