January 28, 201214 yr If you install FSX on a computer the normally the program would be placed in the program(X86) folder on a Windows 7 64 bit machine. This is not adviseable and it is much better to place it in a different folder or harddisk like E:/FSX. But what about the X86 folder that is is not present on that separate drive. Can you put it there or do you have to place those two program folder also on the separate drive?Maybe someone can explane this to me.Thanks, Nico
January 28, 201214 yr NicoYou don't need to worry. I've just done this myself, after adding a new internal HDD. You just need to format it and create a folder (eg. 'FSX') - I used the Win 7 help menu to guide me. Then I re-installed FSX to the new drive and folder - E:/FSX. That's it! All the other program folders stay where they are.Hope that helpsIan
