My Aircraft Traffic seems to have almost completely disappeared.Motor vehicles and boats etc seem to be unaffected.Anyone any ideas

It may be the cause that you have FS9 flightplans. FS9 and FSX flightplans do not mix! Can you recall adding any AI traffic recently, such as WOAI? They use FS9 flightplans.
