Having managed to get my FSX system working with Tileproxy I've downlaoded the Terrain Meshes for europe as suggested in the "How to" section of the manual, Forgive the seemingly dumb question but where do I put the files?

FSX on Windows XP Pro x64. Intel i5 2500K running at 4.5Ghz, 16Gb ram Nvidia 9500 1Gb Graphics Card.

Tileproxy now working. Saitec Yoke, Pedals and Quadrant.

I put it below the tileproxy entries... thats where I have mine and it seems to work ok for me....
